Can CD40109B-Q1 achieve 5V to 15V voltage level shift and 15V to 5V voltage level shift unidirectionally? The max. frequency of input is about 20kHz. How to set up the VCC, VDD and EN pin?
Is it right configuration for 5V to 15V level shift?
- VCC=5V
- VDD=15V
- Input A,B,C,D are connected to 5V PWM
- Enable A,B,C,D=VCC=5V to enable
And is it right configuration for 15V to 5V level shift?
- VCC=15V
- VDD=5V
- Input A,B,C,D are connected to 15V PWM
- Enable A,B,C,D=VCC=15V to enable
