SN74LVC1G175: replacement with 1 or 2x of SN74LVC1G00 ?

Hi guys. Is it possible to replace SN74LVC1G175 with SN74LVC1G00 or a combination of 2x SN74LVC1G00 + maybe something else? We kinda poked it thru reset button on our dvr-recorder, now it's very glitchy; sometimes display won't turn on and audio gets very crappy. I found SN74LVC1G00 in a local store, but they advised to ask You guys. Thanks.

    Hey Ana,

    By themselves, these devices are very different so its likely no that easy. For a reset button, its likely being used for debounce which can also be handled by an RS latch. Two of the SN74LVC1G00 can create an RS latch. Four of them can create a clocked RS latch, however it does not work as well as the clocked d-type flip-flop you are trying to replace.

    ok, we were checking all around it, seems it's not connected to the reset lane (not directly anyways). well if there is other way to replace that thing, guess gotta find the exact one.
