SN74LVC1G14-Q1: Clipped sine wave into Square wave

We need to connect 10MHz 3.3V square wave to GPT_CLK_IN but we are using a clipped sine wave oscillator with 0.8Vpp, so kindly suggest the low-cost solution.

Do you have any application circuit for this??

It is not possible to design a complete circuit without knowing the electrical characteristics of the clock signal. Anyway, assuming that you do not know the DC voltage of the clipped sine, you have to derive the reference voltage for the comparator from the input signal with a low-pass filter:

Make R large enough so that the clock output is not loaded too much. The RC time constant should be larger than 1 µs.

For the comparator, use the TLV3201-Q1, TLV3501A-Q1, or DS90LT012AQ-Q1, depending on what price and jitter you can afford.

This is the electrical spec for we are using for the clock signal.

Where is it specified that the sine wave is centered around V_CC / 2? Is the output AC coupled?

Both the oscillator and the comparator probably need a decoupling capacitor; they can share one if they are near each other.

Kindly clarify that the minimum voltage swing 0f 0.8V can directly be given to the comparator or need to given the set voltage like the below image.

If you do not know the DC level of the oscillator output, then you indeed need to bias is like this.

The comparator already has built-in hysteresis.

Thanks for the information, What is the minimum Peak to Peak swing voltage that comparator will work properly, and if internal hysteresis is available then no need of feedback also.Is that correct??

The TLV3201 has an offset voltage of 6 mV.

You do not need to add external hysteresis, unless the internal one is not enough for you.
