hi, Pls help suggest a single/dual non-inverting buffer as below spec

VCC:3.3V

input: Vih>1.35V, Vil<0.45V

output: Voh>2V, Vol<0.8V

Those input thresholds are low, we wont have a device to support this.

These input thresholds require voltage-shifting gates in the LV1T or AUP1T families. There is no single-input buffer, but you can use AND, OR, or configurable gates: SN74LV1T08‌/32, SN74AUP1T08‌/32, SN74AUP1T57‌/58/97/98/157/158.

The output voltages depend on the output current.

Pls suggest a single port level shift with EN function such as TXS series and meet AECQ spec. For TXS0101, do we have part number with AECQ?

Hi Jazz,

We do not offer single port auto bidirectional translation with automotive qualifications. We do offer a dual channel TXS0102-Q1 translator which is rated for automotive spec.
