SN74HC164: Query on definition of Timing Requirement

Hi.

I have a few questions with regards to SN74HC164 which I'm planning to replace an On-Semi part.

1. Looking at the datasheet, timing requirement Tt is missing from the timing diagram. What is the definition of Tt?

2. The switching characteristic is not defined for Vcc=3.3V. Shall we refer to the Vcc=2.0V or the Vcc=4.5V spec?

t_t appears to be the transition time, i.e., the maximum of t_r and t_f.

To get 3.3 V values, you can use linear interpolation; see [FAQ] What method is best used for estimating specification values between those given in the datasheet? But if the values for the other voltages are identical, you can assume that the ONSemi and TI parts behave the same for 3.3 V.
