Hi

I want to know the change in tPD according to the temperature of SN74AVC16T245.

However, there is no result chart or table for each temperature change amount such  SN74LVC16244A Datesheet.

As below

I finally want to know the tPD of the 70℃, 90℃ and VCCB = 3.3V, VCCA = 1.2V, A to B items.

Please tell me the answer

    Hi,

    90℃ is outside the recommended operating free air temperature range, so we won't be able to provide that information to you.

    For the switching characteristics tables, the data was taken across temperature ranges, so the maximum and minimum columns listed will be the maximum and minimum tpd for device over the entire recommended operating temperature range.
