Hi AnBer,

Those models aren't something that my team would have access to. I would recommend reaching out internally to the TI packaging team.

Do you know why the customer needs them? The 'HC14 can't really operate in any frequency range that would be much affected by the package configuration.

Hi Emrys,

I think the EM models are needed for functional testing meaning that they need to be functional but don't need to be tested in space qualification (burn-in, ..etc).
I don't think that customer just need the mechanical package.

Is it something that that is available?

For example the TI power space group provides EM model for https://www.ti.com/product/TPS7A4501-SP

The only ElectroMagnetic (EM) models I know of are for the package's physical structure as it relates to EM wave transmission characteristics. Like I said, this is something the packaging team has, not my team.
