This part might have been subjected to an anomalous voltage condition similar to that of an HBM ESD Event. Condition can be characterized as +/-25V over a 1-2 microsecond duration, limited by source impedance of roughly 100 ohms. On my end, I only need to know if this part has any clamping mechanisms to VCC or GND pins. Thank you for your help.
