My customer is using SN74LVC07A, they put the capcitor in the input of the Buffer, and cause the larger transition time, about 100ns/V.
But in app notes https://www.ti.com/lit/an/scba004d/scba004d.pdf?ts=1592392365220 writes that the Δt/ΔV max is 10ns/V。
They want to know any risk using if the transition time is larger. And the Δt/ΔV limitation is a must?
