Would like to use the SN74HCS595-Q1 for BIT. Spec on sheet 10 mentions Ioz being in Electrical Specifications, but is not there. Can you give me the Ioz max over temp?

    Hello, and welcome to the forums!

    Thanks for pointing this out - I'll look into updating the datasheet to include the Ioz specification. We will soon be releasing the commercial version of the SN74HCS595, which does include the Ioz specification.

    Ioz(max) for this device is 500nA (over temp).
