    The datasheet mentions the following possible device markings:

    TQ7, TQO, TQR, TQV
    TQH, TQJ, TQY
    VCH, VCO
    VCJ, VCR

    What are your markings? If the markingsof these two chips are different, then it is likely that they came from different manufacturing sites.
