Hi,

We required Buffer which supports SPI lines. We want to connect the spi lines from controller to buffer and from buffer to cell monitoring IC. Its logic level is 5V. Please suggest us the buffer part number

    Hello,

    There are many choices for buffering a 5V SPI signal. My first recommendation would be the SN74HCS244-Q1, which is an octal Schmitt-trigger buffer that is designed for 2V to 6V operation.

    Can you give me more details on your application? Typically a buffer is not necessary for SPI - is there some sort of transmission line (cable) involved in your design, or perhaps a change in voltage level (voltage translation)? What frequency is your clock?
