CD4504B: New Generation Parts Consult

Hi Team,

Do we have new generation parts of high voltage level translation to recommend? Customer needs 8-channels, 3.3V in with 12V output, each channel should support 25mA source current.  The parts in our website are really old.

    Hi Stanley,

    The CD40109B is the only voltage translator in our portfolio that supports 12V (3V to 18V).

    There are some power switches that can do the same job via open-drain voltage translation - for example, the TPL7407L and ULN2003B. The TPL7407L was developed just a few years ago, so that would probably be the 'newest' available.

    There's not much demand for logic above the 5V range.
