SN74LVC1G17: Propagation delay time of SN74LVC1G17

The propagation delay time is neither a requirement nor a limit of the input signal. Is is a characteristic of the device, i.e., it describes how the device behaves.

The SN74LVC1G17 does not show separate low-to-high and high-to-low values because they are the same. (They are also the same for the TC74HC07; the only difference is in the typical values, which are not specified by TI.)

As you said propagation delay time might not be the value I need,

but I hope to confirm SN74LVC1G17 or SN74LVC1G07 requirement for max rinsing time or max falling time of input signal.

Is there any value I should refer to ?

That limit is specified as Δt/Δv in the recommended operating conditions.

Devices with Schmitt-trigger inputs do not have this limit; they can work with any slow signals.
