Do we have spec of minimum time of falling edge time?
We found that if the falling time of CLK is longer, the happen of abnormal Q output will occur. The following are three kinds of falling time of CLK (Slow/Medium/Fast), and under Slow/Medium condition the abnormal Q output always happen. But under Fast condition, the 5 times CLK falling, only once Q has rising edge, around 20% to have the abnormal Q output. It might be related to falling time spec to avoid the abnormal Q output. Would you help to confirm what the falling spec it should be? Schematic is shown below. Thanks.
