What is the ESD rating of  SN74HC109DR?

    Hi Carlo,

    I don't currently have data for the SN74HC109, however the HC family typically has device-level ESD ratings of 2kV HBM and 1kV CDM.

    For any type of system design that could involve ESD strikes, I would recommend including external IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection.
