SN74AXC4T245: 1.8V to 3V Level Shift

I am looking for a 5 channels of unidirectional 1.8V input to 3V output IC with a very small package (can be a combination 4 channel + 1 channel). 

Preferably with single supply, but open to dual if smaller. Also looking for something very simple. 

Can you recommend a device? 

Are there basic schmitt triggers that can accomplish this or is the Vt+ too high? 

We are open to roadmap parts as well.

    Hey JDJ,

    For the smallest size, I came up with the combination of the SN74AVC4T234 (ZWA package) and SN74AUP1T34 (DSF package). There won't be an exact 5 channel device and you will likely have a smaller solution size using a 4 ch + 1 ch rather than using a 6 ch.
