Hey Keisuke,

I don't believe they are using the right prefix for these orderables. They need to begin with "SN54".

Decades ago, most TTL devices were replaced by LS-TTL devices (because they have mostly the same characteristics, but much lower power dissipation).

SN5474 and SN54175 are indeed no longer produced. It should be possible to simply replace them with SN54LS74A‍J and SN54LS175‍J, but I do not know what qualification requirements your customer has.
