Hi.
I plan to place a capacitor in front of the SN74AUP1G07.
What is the input impedance(RL) for calculate the cutoff frequency?

See [FAQ] What is the impedance of the device's pin? Is it CMOS or bipolar device?, but that gives you a worst-case value; the actual input impedance is likely to be orders of magnitude higher.
Slowing down the input edges risks violating the Δt/Δv limit (see section 7.3 of the datasheet). You will probably need a device with Schmitt-trigger inputs.
The input impedance might go to both GND and VCC; to prevent the input from floating, you must use a pull-up or pull-down resistor.
Hi,
The input is high impedance, you can model it as a 10 Mohm resistor. Make sure you still meet the transition rate rate requirement provided in section 7.3 of the data sheet.
