Hi Team,

Would the SN74HC14 work at 40MHz? Our customer intends to drive a 800 mV input at 40MHz frequency to TTL levels. We'd like to confirm as we have seen an older post stating that the device is only rated at 30 Mhz at 5V. Please refer to this link for reference: e2e.ti.com/.../347067

If the SN74HC14 won't work, can the CD74HC14 be used in this case?
