The SN74HC273 and SN74HC273A are due for an update, and should be getting ESD data in the next two years.

There are other 273 options that do have ESD ratings already – for example, the SN74AHC273 is a pin to pin replacement for the 'HC273 and has 2kV/1kV ESD ratings already in the datasheet.

→IS the ESD specification of NS74AHC273 the same as that of SN74HC273A?

In addition, the SN74HC273 data sheet has a description of the ESD specifications.

Can it be used as the ESD specification for SN74HC273A?
