Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74HCS595
Im looking to use an sn74hcs596 8bit shift register.
- Want to cascade 4 together for a 32 bit shift Reg.
- Shift in data, but keep output unchanged during shifting
- After shifting is done, latch the the new output.
It seems this part will perform that function correct?
