Hi sir,

I wanna find a 245 series Voltage level translators like SN74LVC4245APWR but can connect different GND.

In my design, GND1 and GND2 have 0.8V Dropout Voltage。

    There are no such logic devices with different grounds.

    It might be possible to connect the lower ground if the signals shifted up by 0.8 V still match the recommended operating conditions (VIL, VI). If that is not the case, you might be able to use comparators (e.g., TLV9034) to construct more flexible input buffers. In the most general case, use isolators (e.g., ISO7740).
