I have reviewed the schematic and have a couple of comments.
1. You might consider the SN74AXC4T245-Q1 device instead, as it was recently released and also has 2 available smaller packages than the one you are using the RSV and the BQB packages. But if you prefer the device you are using, then that is fine also and we will be happy to support you.
2. For any I/O pins that are unused, its best to tie both the input and output to GND directly to avoid any potential for a floating input that could increase current consumption of the device.
3. For the dive at the all the way bottom right, your OE pin for the first set of channels is disabled, so channel 1A1 will not be able to translate properly. 1OE should be tied low.
Otherwise looks very good with appropriate bypass capacitors, and OE and DIR pins defined.
Unused inputs must not be left open. See [FAQ] What should be done with unused I/O pins of the level translator devices?
When you have only two signals, consider using a smaller device like the SN74AVC2T45-Q1.
