SN74LVC16T245: Alternative voltage translator that includes either ~25ohm Res or DOC circuitry.

We're looking for an alternative to SN74LVC16T245, that integrates either the ~25ohm damping Res or DOC (Dynamic Output Control) circuitry. Also needs to be 5V tolerant (SN74LVC16T245 is 5V tolerant).

What I've found so far gets half way there:

SN74LVCR16245A is 5V tolerant, and includes 26ohm damping resistor, but it doesn't have separate VCCA & VCCB rails for voltage translation. 

SN74AVCB164245 is nearly perfect, DOC and voltage translation but not 5V input tolerant.

    Hey Marco,

    Welcome to the forum! We unfortunately won't have a perfect match here that will give you the integrated damping resistor, 5V tolerant and voltage translation rails. Your best option looks to be the SN74LVC16T245 with an external damping resistor is your requirements are 5V tolerance and the dual supply. As you noted, the LVC family doesn't have the VCCA and VCCB rails and the AVC family, with DOC circuitry, will max out at ~3.6V input.
