SN74AUP1G32: Minimum VOL at IOL=100uA, at vcc=3.3v

Part Number: SN74AUP1G32

Hi team,

My customer has the question about the Vol voltage level question.

In the current use environment, when the load current is 100uA and 200uA (the approximate value in the data sheet is only 20uA), the voltage must not exceed 0.3V, otherwise the SOC may not be considered low level. We can't judge it by the data sheet, so we need your help to provide the corresponding curve or directly inform the VOL at 100uA and 200uA , how is the maximum low level of Vol ? To prevent the circuit will not misjudge the high and low levels. Thank you.

  • Hey Feng bin,

You can use the 20uA test condition across Vcc = 0.8V to 3.6V; so 0.1V. That 80uA difference won't be terribly impactful. You can also use linear interpolation here using just the 3V condition. When I linear interpolate the values across full temperature I get 0.099V for the Vol level.

    Thanks,
    Rami
