When i looked into the Pspice model(in design and development) for this part (for doing simulation in spectre environment by creating symbol) , i got encrypted model for it.
I want to get unencrypted model for the same. From where i can get this?

Hello,
The unencrypted version of HSpice models include proprietary information and can only be shared under a non-disclosure agreement.
It's my understanding that the unencrypted and encrypted HSpice models work exactly the same, so if one doesn't work with your software, neither will the other one.
Can you tell me what you're trying to determine? Maybe I can help you without the need for extensive simulations.
Hi,
I will be saving the pspice contents in virtuoso pspice view .Then while doing check and save I am getting lot of errors because of the encrypted model.
So for creating testbench in the virtuoso ,we need a symbol and when we descend into that symbol we should get the pspice model. So everything has to be defined in the virtuoso environment.
I'm currently working on putting together a behavioral model for this device for you - I'll get back to you by Monday with more info and hopefully a model you can use.
I have a single channel model that should represent the device pretty well. Please let me know if you run into any troubles with it -- we haven't officially released this one yet, so it's still in testing, but it's based on our standard behavioral model and I wouldn't expect any problems.
Hi Emrys Maier,
Thanks a lot for sharing the single channel model in such a short time. I used this model to create the symbol and testbench for it.
Tried simulating it in virtuoso environment and it is working fine.
This resolved my issue.
