    Hi Cafain,

    I was unable to find enough data to create a new IBIS model for you, it seems like we never characterized the SN74ABT inverters. If you just needed to characterize the input of the SN74ABT534A, the model for the SN74ABT373 (which is available on the product folder) should work just fine.

    For the SN74HCT541A, we don't support the creation of new models, and it seems like we never characterized the HCT family of devices so I can't really recommend another model to try.
