Hi Brian,

I'd recommend the SN74ACT244-Q1, it has a slightly lower current drive capability than the SN74ABT541B, but is half the cost and meets your criteria.

In customer application, the VCC bias power is 5V, and the input voltage range is 0V and 3.3V from MCU. The 15mA sinking current is needed. Also, the function table should be similar to SN74HCT541B with 2 /OE pin. It looks the SN74ACT244 can NOT meet. What else suited one you can suggest? Very thanks.

Hi Brian,

Is there a reason that you wouldn't be able to use the military version for the SN74ABT541B, the SN54ABT541? It has all the above listed requirements.

If that is not an option, the CY54FCT541T will also meet your requirements.
