SN74LV245AT: What is the total output current capacity of all the 8 channels

Hi team,

My customer is evaluating SN74LV245AT. In our datasheet, it mentioned below information. I think it should be the output current capacity for a single channel.

If customer wants to use all the 8 channels, what's the total output current capacity of all the 8 channels? Can the 8 channels all support +-16mA output? Thanks.

Hi Wayne,

Don't exceed the absolute maximum total current through Vcc or GND, which is 70mA in the absolute maximum ratings table. If you want to spread this out evenly across all channels simultaneously, that would be 70 / 8 = 8.75mA.
