Is it possible for TXB0106-Q1 to operate TA=-40~125 degree and do you have electrical characteristics within this operating temperature?

I found that its recommended says TA=-40~85 degree.

Or do you recommend using TXS0108E-Q1 for this temperature?

Hello Ochi-san,

I'm afraid that the TXB0106-Q1 is only rated for 85C operation.

Can you give us some details on the use-case? The TXB and TXS translation families generally are used for different applications.

I will ask my translation expert to make a recommendation when he returns to work tomorrow.
