Hi all,

Can you tell me if the FIT rate shown in the thread below (0.5 FIT or 0.5 failure per 10^9 hours per device) is applicable to SN74LVC2G32-Q1?

    Yes, these two devices are in the same family, and will have the same FIT rate.
