Hi Gust,

The block diagram of the SN74LVC1G34 is extremely simple - it's just a single logic buffer. See section 9.2 for the block diagram (pg 11 of the datasheet).

Is there something in particular they are trying to understand about the device?

Thanks for your help. My customer wants to know the internal block diagram and it can help them use SN74LVC1G34.Can you share the internal block diagram with me? If the block diagram is NDA, I will tell my customer that we can't share it with them. Thanks!
