Hi team,
To rationalize the BOM I'm re-purposing the CD4504B to drive a BJT push-pull stage to feed a power MOSFET gate.
Since I only require 2 drives I have paralleled the inputs and outputs of the 4504 for increased sink & source current.
I'm going from 5V TTL inputs (PWM @ 20kHz) to 12V CMOS level outputs as shown in the diagram.
