Hi,

In our project we are using this buffer SN74AHC541QPWRG4Q1.In my microcontroller working on 3.3V and motor driver IC 5V.

I have to control the speed of the motor using PWM ..In this buffer it will support PWM are not.

This device supports more than 40 MHz.

If you need to convert 3.3 V signals to 5 V, you should use a device with TTL-compatible inputs like the SN74AHCT244Q, or an actual level shifter like the SN74LXC8T245-Q1.
