Hello, quick question for the forum. The TXS102-Q1 is out of stock and I'm looking at the TXS0102. Is the only difference between the two device is the Temperature Grade?

Hey Joe,

The temperature will be the greatest distinction between the Q1 and non-Q1 device. There are fairly insignificant slight differences in timing characteristics such as the channel-to-channel skew varying by 0.3ns but for the most part they're the same. The supply current is greater in the Q1 version (25uA vs 14uA) as well. But in terms of their behavior you can certainly switch them out without much difference outside of the temperature considerations.
