SN74ACT244: 4-channel version recommendation and package information

Hi team,

Can you help advise if we have four-channel version buffer/driver similar as SN74ACT244?

My customer is utilizing SN74ACT244 to work with UCC23513, and they'd love to change to a four-channel version if we have.

Another question is the package of SNJ54ACT244W (Since they need the 125C version). The datasheet shows the package as,

They want to make sure that why the foot is so long, and if it is very hard for soldering? Thanks.

The UCC23513's recommended minimum current is 7 mA. So an 8 mA device like the SN74AHCT125 would work.

(The legs of the ceramic dual flatpack are indeed that long, because they are to be formed by the customer. A standard pick-and-place machine will not be able to do this.)

Thanks for your quick reply! I notice that the operating temperature for SN74AHCT125 is -40C to 85C, which is not desired by the customer. Can you help advise do we have some part to achieve 125C? Thanks!

Strange; the search function and the store say that this part handles 125 °C. In any case, you can use the SN74AHCT125-Q1.
