I need some help figuring out some parameters that I was not able to determine.
1. What is the output sink and source resistance?
2. Is this just a low side driver?
3. What is the steady state and pk output current?
4. What is the propagation delay?

1. I do not believe this is spec'd on the datasheet. We do offer low level voltage and high level current
2. Yes this is an old generation low side driver/low side switch. TI does offer new generation low side drivers. You can find them here: https://www.ti.com/power-management/gate-drivers/low-side-drivers/overview.html
3. The device is built for 400mA steady state current but is capable of a peak of 500mA
4. The propagation delay is specified in the datasheet as follows:
