SN74HCS21: Open drain or not

Hi Team,

The datasheet just shows a buffer but does not specifically say if the device is open drain like other datasheets. Is this device open drain? The datasheet only shows diode clamps on input/output ports.

Tom,

This is a push pull device. The datasheet specifies VOH levels. An open drain device would not be able to drive a signal high.
