can you confirm that the SN74HC595MPWREP has the ESD structure inside?
Which model is used to test it? (level used Human Body Model, Machine Model, Charged Device Model)
The qualification data (link) shows that ESD tests are made and then links to the datasheet for more info.
...but the datasheet has no info on ESD diodes.
