SN74LVC1G17: Output of SN74LVC1G17DCK and SN74LVC1G11DRYR, if VCC drop below 1.65V

Hi team,

My customer uses SN74LVC1G17DCK and SN74LVC1G11DRYR.

From datasheet, the minimum supply voltage is 1.65V, if VCC drop below 1.65V, customer needs output shut down or at least below 1.0V. I have asked related problem of SN74LVC1G32. While I want to make sure for these two devices, do we have test result of the output if VCC drops below 1.65V? Or below the 1.5V, we still really can't confirm it's expected behavior?

Hey Wendy,

Are they holding the supply of the device between 0V and 1.5V? If so, since they're using this device below the recommended Vcc range (1.65V to 5.5V per the datasheet) and below the 1.5V for data retention we don't have data or information and can't really confirm it's expected behavior.

The inputs are overvoltage tolerant and at Vcc = 0V the inputs will be high impedance. So if they're looking to isolate the input and output when the device is off, it should be fine.
