About the simulation result of Tina9-TI
Timing simulation was performed on the attached signal generator circuit.
If I change the time axis setting on terminal VF4, a different waveform will appear.
The settings for 5ms and 6ms are different.
I don't know the reason, so please let me know.
It looks like this is related to the automatic step times in the simulator. When I set the maximum step size to 100ns both simulations show the same results.
You can find this setting in the Analysis --> Set Analysis Parameters menu.
Also, I should mention that PSpice is not great at simulating latched circuits - these often can cause convergence problems. There were probably some trade-offs made to create this idealized DFF model.
