SN74AXC2T245: if there is any leakage when shutdown +3.3V on VCCB (VCCB=0V)

Hello expert,

My customer is using SN74AXC2T245 in their application and they are afraid that there is leakage occurred when shutdown +3.3V on VCCB (VCCB=0V). May I know if there is possible to see the leakage in any scenario? Thanks a lot!

Hey Ann,

This condition is stated in the datasheet. They shouldn't see more than 8uA, worst case.
