Please suggest a latch/register to drive a CD4066B Control Pin

Hello

Could you please recomend a latch or shift register to take and hold data from an MPS430 device sent to the control pins of a CD4066B device? The switch input is a low level audio source, the output is fed through a unity gain set op-amp opa890 With an expected 12V supply voltage for the CD4066B, the expected control pin low voltage is 2 volts, the expected high >7 volts. The difficulty I see is the shift registers I have so far looked at are all Vcc 5v max with proportionally lower values for 'high' and 'low'.

The only parts that can handle 12V ar the CD4XXX versions.

This illustrated to me a need to 'rethink' what I have tried so far; though the listed devices do give proper output levels to drive the cd4066b, they in turn need those same levels again to operate. I had chosen the CD4066B by recommendation for my application and I think I can use a ULN2803AN to drive them. For the bigger version of this I think I can use another analogue switch and will go with SPST's (the bigger version would do best with SP5T).

MSP430 (3.3v) to TXB0106 (3.3v/5v) to SN74LV595AQPWRQ1 (5v) to TS12A44514DR (5v control, 12v operation)

Does that look good?

You could use the SN74AHCT595 and eliminate the TXB0106.
