I am looking for a CMOS quadruple 2-input positive NOR gate that has the following:
Supports operation at 3.3 and 5.0 volts
+/- 24 mA output drive at 3.3 volts
ESD Protection
- 2000-V Human-Body Model (A114-A)
- 220-V Machine Model (A115-A)
- 100-V Charged-Device Model (C101).
I found a single 2-input positive NOR gate (SN74LVC1G02) that has all of the above, but is is a single.
I found a quadruple 2-input positive NOR gate (SN74LVC02A) that has all of the above, but will not operate at 5.0 volts.
I found a quadruple 2-input positive NOR gate (SN74AHC02A) that has all of the above, but output drive is only +/- 4 mA @ 3 volts.
Do you have a quadruple 2-input CMOS NOR gate that has all of the above?
