Hello,

Our customer would like to use one buffer IC for both signals of HPD and CBUS.

Then, I think that SN74AUP1G07 may be used as buffer IC of these signals by one device.

Can SN74AUP1G07 as buffer IC for HPD and CBUS signal?

You are showing the signal going both directions. The LVC2G07 will only go one direction.

Can you give me the details of both signals

input and output levels on each signal and input and output levels when going back the other direction.

CBUS : 1.8V input/output level, both direction

HPD : 5.0V input/output level , one direction

*Customer use only one device for above both signals.

Would a switch work here or does it need to be a Buffer?

But I would like to know about buffer IC.

Customer reqested buffer IC....

We do not have a duel buffer that can do both. However they could use a single buffer for each application.

For 5V single direction they can use SN74LVC1G240 or SN74LVC1G34.

for 1.8V both direction they might use SN74LVC1T45 or the TXB0101.
