I am trying to find Spice models for CD4013B and CD4015B ICs any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ik

These parts were purchased for Harris Semi years ago and we did not get the data needed to generate models.

They are Legacy parts and there should be models available in some of the modeling sofware libraries.
