I am not sure why it is not specd in some LV parts. since it should be the same for all you can use the Dela Icc from the SN74LV244A datasheet.

Sorry about that. I must have been looking a an LVC datashhet instead of LV.
I cant find delta Icc specd in any LV datasheets. After searching through al lot of data this is all I can find. see attached
It is Vin vs Icc on SN74LV00 with Vcc 3.3V. That is all the data I have
Icc is measured with all outputs High or low. All Cmos parts will work with TTL inputs when Vcc is 3.3V but they will have Higher Icc when the input is not at the Vcc level. We do not have the data Icc to show this for LV devices.
The SN74LVC08A would be a better choice since since it actually has TTL specs for input levels and it also has Delta Icc spec.
