the SN74AUP1G07 is a single buffer with open drain outputs. As the figure 5 of datasheet, is there any Vpu limit in the design?

Hi Peter ,
No limits as such but need to keep below abs max voltage conditions . It also depends what your next gate can also accept . I would recommend it to be at or below 3.6V .
