Regarding to threshold voltage on CD4093BE, my customer is asking a question.
(datasheet page2)
(Question)
(1) They are understanding about input test condition (Vin) (a,b) with following diagram.
Their understanding is correct?
(2)In case of one side input (1, 5, 8, 12 pin or 2, 6, 9, 13 pin),they need to refer input test condition “a”.
In case of both input (1 and 2, 5 and 6, 8 and 9, or 12 and 13),they need to refer input test condition “b”.
Their understanding is correct?
I’m asking about it just in case.
